Terms of Service

The terms that govern renting dedicated GPU servers from CoreGPU on a monthly basis.

Last updated November 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website coregpu.io and the rental of dedicated GPU servers (the “Service”) from CoreGPU (“CoreGPU”, “we”, “us”). By reserving, paying for or using a server, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

1. The Service

CoreGPU rents dedicated physical servers equipped with 1 to 8 GPUs on a monthly basis. Each server, its GPUs and its local storage are reserved exclusively for you for the paid period. Stock shown on the website reflects availability at the time of display; a reservation does not guarantee a server until the first month is paid.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for businesses, researchers and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity on your servers and accounts.

3. Orders, billing and renewals

  • Prices are stated per GPU per month in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
  • The first month is payable before delivery. Servers renew automatically for successive monthly periods and each renewal is payable at the start of the period.
  • We may change list prices for future periods; we will notify you before a renewal at a new price.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend the server after notice and a short grace period, and return it if payment is not made.

4. Cancellation

You may stop renewal at any time before the end of the current period. The server remains available until the end of the paid period. Fees for a started period are not refundable, except for service credits under the Service Level Agreement.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable laws and export-control and sanctions rules.
  • Secure your server: keep SSH keys private, patch your software and configure firewalls.
  • Back up your data. Local storage is erased when a server is returned.
  • Hold the licences required for the software and models you run.

6. Our responsibilities

We provide the hardware, power, cooling and network connectivity described for your server, replace faulty hardware, and provide support by email. Availability commitments and remedies are set out in the SLA.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to the data, code and models you place on your servers (“Customer Data”). We do not access Customer Data except to provide support you request, to maintain the Service, or where required by law. At the end of the rental, local storage is securely erased. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a server immediately if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where possible we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

9. Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and the SLA, the Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will meet every requirement or be free of interruptions. Performance figures on the website are vendor specifications and may vary with workload.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected server in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CoreGPU against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect at your next renewal after notice. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where CoreGPU is registered. The courts competent under that law have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
