This policy explains how CoreGPU (“CoreGPU”, “we”) processes personal data when you visit coregpu.io, join a waitlist, reserve a server or contact us.
Data we collect
- Contact data: your email address and, when you provide them, your name, company and message.
- Reservation data: the GPU model and quantity you request, and the page where you made the request.
- Billing data: billing details and payment records. Card data is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data: server logs and a one-way hash of your IP address, used to prevent abuse and rate-limit forms. We do not store your IP address in clear text with your requests.
Why we use it
- To answer requests, prepare reservations and deliver servers (performance of a contract).
- To send restock alerts and price updates you asked for (consent, withdrawable at any time).
- To bill, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations (legal obligation).
- To secure the website and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting and content delivery, payment processing and email delivery, under contracts that protect your data, or when required by law.
Retention
- Waitlist and newsletter entries: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after the last interaction.
- Reservation requests and messages: up to 24 months.
- Billing records: as long as required by accounting and tax law.
International transfers
Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to our contact form. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
