Billing, renewals and cancellations

How monthly GPU billing works at CoreGPU: when you pay, how renewals, resizing and cancellations work, and which payment methods we accept.

  • Updated Nov 4, 2026

CoreGPU bills one flat price per GPU per month. There is no hourly meter, no setup fee and no minimum term beyond the current month.

When you pay

The first month is paid up front when your server is delivered. Each renewal is charged at the start of the next monthly period. Your period runs from the delivery date to the same date the following month.

Renewing, resizing and stopping

  • Renew: by default your server renews for another month.
  • Resize: at renewal you can add GPUs, move to another model or reduce the server size, subject to stock.
  • Stop: cancel any time before the end of the current period. The server stays available until the end of the month you paid for; there are no cancellation fees.

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, bank wire and selected crypto-currencies. All prices and invoices are in US dollars.

Invoices and taxes

An invoice is issued for every payment. Prices exclude VAT, GST and sales tax, which are added where applicable based on your billing address and tax status.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and keep the server running for a short grace period. If payment is still missing after that, the server is suspended and then returned, and its local disks are erased.

Refunds and service credits

Service credits for downtime are described in our Service Level Agreement. Payments for a started month are otherwise not refundable.
